Welcome! I’m Tiffany McDonald , the passionate traveler and planner behind The Wanderlust Flamingo. I’ve been a travel advisor since 2020 — right before the world hit pause with the pandemic — so let’s just say I’ve been certified in patience and adaptability from day one! 

By day, actually night because I’m one of those weirdo’s that works third shift, I’m a registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery (since 1995). I pride myself in delivering both babies and memorable experiences. When I’m not at the hospital, I love crafting seamless group adventures—especially my “Join Me” trips—where I handle all the details so you can focus on having fun. I believe every great trip should be stress-free and full of laughter. 

Traveling runs in my blood—thanks to my wonderful mom, who loved exploring the world and passed that wanderlust down to her children. My agency name is in honor of her love for pink and flamingos.  My two grown daughters share my passion—they're always eager for our next adventure. They say I may be a planner, but I promise I won’t monopolize your trip—except maybe to show you the best gelato spots! 

Since 2017, I’ve been divorced and decided to turn my love for travel into a business. My goal? To someday make this my full-time “job”—because what’s better than earning a living while helping others explore the world? 

My bucket list is as big as the Grand Canyon—visiting every UNESCO World Heritage site. But honestly, the best gift I know is time spent making memories with those you love. After all, my kids might forget what I gave them five years ago, but they’ll always remember our trips together.
